As CEO of Jenisys Group Ltd, she leads with bold faith and transformational strategy. As a global visionary, she has dedicated her life’s work to helping individuals move from pain to purpose. Her leadership drives the group's mission to create sustainable pathways for transformation and economic growth across Africa and beyond.

Herbert Adkins is a decorated veteran, pastor, keynote speaker, and corporate trainer with over 40 years of experience as a teacher and speaker in both telecommunications and leadership development. He has stood on stages, led classrooms, and trained teams across industries, bringing the same thing every time: substance, clarity, and a heart that genuinely cares about people.
As COO of Jenisys Group Ltd, Herb leads operations with a focus on systems, workflows, and people-first solutions, bringing military precision and pastoral care to every enterprise he builds.
